+
+RefCount is a reference counting (thus the name) and garbage collection library
+for C. It is currently WIP and unfinished.

+### Building

+You can build using:

+cmake -B build
+make -C build
+```

+You can then run tests using:

+make -C build test
+```

+### Documentation
