Maik Broemme 730b502c76 wlr/taskbar: add justify option for Gtk::Box horizontal alignment 
The `wlr/taskbar` module had no way to control its container's horizontal
alignment. This change adds a `justify` config key (left|center|right) that
maps to Gtk::Align::START/CENTER/END and is applied via set_halign() on the
module's Gtk::Box. Default behavior remains unchanged (left).

Dominique Martinet 632e30eb9f niri/window: add col/max_col parameters 
niri v25.08 added window positions to IPC, so waybar actually has the
information stored in json around.

This handles the associated WindowLayoutsChanged IPC message to keep the
position up to date in memory, and adds a couple of format messages to
show the current column, so one can dislpay where we are in the
workspace (in the hope of improving this feeling of being lost...)

Ideally a visual representation of the workspace like the one
illustrated in the PR[1] would be even better but this will probably do
for now.

Pierre Lairez d8e2392410 Fixes #4521 and #4522 
The problem is commit 2b552f7 which introduces a minimum interval time
of 1ms. But then, in modules/custom.cpp, the constructor tests if the
interval is nonzero to distinguish continuous workers from delay workers.

LordMZTE fd601801b4 fix(river): hide vacant tags on initial startup 
Before this, vacant tags would show with `hide-vacant` set on initial
startup, because we receive initial tag events from River before we show
the bar. In that case, we won't call `set_visible(false)` on the
respective buttons because they're not shown yet. This registers the
output status listener after we show the bar so we won't miss any
events.

Jens Peters af9c31ccd3 ext/workspaces: fix appearing of hidden workspaces 
Do this by removing the needs-update tracking. The gain
was questionable to begin with and turns out it  doesn't
work correctly with multiple outputs.
