feat: add compact versions of bandwidthBytes to network module

Browse Source 
Adds the following:
- bandwidthDownByesCompact
- bandwidthUpByesCompact

Differences from normal version:
- drop the "/s" suffix
- drop the deciaml part if less than 1MB/s
